This is one of the few places in the Caribbean that remains truly off-grid — undeveloped, culturally alive, and shaped more by nature than by tourism. Our onboard cuisine reflects that reality. It is not designed to impress through excess, but to feel deeply connected to where you are.

 

Dining aboard our boutique catamarans is intentionally barefoot, bespoke, and unforced. Meals are prepared fresh on board, guided by the availability of local seafood, tropical produce, and ingredients sourced whenever possible from nearby Guna communities. The result is cuisine that feels honest, rooted, and quietly refined.

 

Rather than formal service or elaborate presentation, we focus on balance, freshness, and simplicity done well — food that suits long days at anchor, warm water swims, and slow evenings under the stars. Subtle Mediterranean influences shape the menus, not as a statement, but as a natural fit for life at sea.

 

Every menu is planned around you. Before your charter begins, we carefully adapt the onboard cuisine to any dietary preference or requirement — including vegetarian, vegan, pescatarian, keto, kosher-style, allergy-sensitive diets, or specific family needs — ensuring each meal feels thoughtful, effortless, and genuinely personal.

Even familiar, kid-friendly favorites — such as homemade pizza or chicken nuggets — are prepared on board with fresh ingredients and the same attention to quality and care as the rest of the menu.

 

Dining happens where San Blas reveals itself best — on deck with the breeze, on a deserted beach, or at anchor beside untouched islands. There are no crowds, no marinas, no distractions. Just space, time, and a sense of rare freedom.

This is not conventional yacht dining.​

Breakfast — Slow Mornings at Sea

Mornings in San Blas unfold gently. Breakfast is prepared fresh on board and served when the day begins to feel yours — whether that’s early, with the first light over the islands, or later, after a quiet swim.

Our breakfasts are simple, nourishing, and unhurried, designed to suit warm climates and life on the water. Fresh tropical fruit, warm breads, made-to-order eggs, and light sweet options form the foundation, complemented by smoothies, juices, and freshly brewed coffee or tea.

Everything is prepared with ease and flexibility, allowing you to start the day slowly, barefoot, and in rhythm with the sea.

Lunch — Fresh, Light, and Effortless

 

 

Lunch is shaped by the pace of the day. After swimming, sailing, or exploring nearby islands, midday meals are designed to feel refreshing and energizing rather than heavy.

 

Menus often feature fresh seafood, grilled fish or chicken, vibrant salads, light pastas, wraps, or freshly prepared ceviche. When conditions allow, sushi or sashimi made from locally sourced fish offers a clean, delicate option perfectly suited to the setting.

 

Served casually on deck or at anchor, lunch is about balance — flavors that restore energy while keeping you connected to the relaxed flow of the journey.

Dinner — Evenings, Quietly Elevated

 

 

As the sun sets and the islands grow still, dinner becomes the most considered meal of the day.

 

Evenings on board are intimate and unforced, with menus inspired by the sea, local traditions, and Mediterranean coastal cuisine. Freshly grilled lobster, daily catch prepared simply and well, seafood paella, handmade pasta dishes, or Guna-inspired recipes using coconut and plantains reflect the character of San Blas without overstatement.

 

Vegetarian and plant-forward options are always thoughtfully integrated, ensuring every guest feels cared for without compromise.

 

Dinner is enjoyed under the stars, with soft light, warm air, and the quiet sense of being far from everything unnecessary.

Snacks & Beverages — Available, Uncomplicated

 

Throughout the day, light snacks and refreshments are always within reach.

 

Fresh fruit, nuts, and small bites are available between activities, while chilled juices, soft drinks, and infused waters keep things easy and informal.

 

In the evenings, classic tropical cocktails made with local rum, fresh citrus, and simple ingredients complete the experience — never overdone, always appropriate to the setting.
